REMINDER The last person to leave the field is responsible for making sure that the crash cart is put away and all buildings are closed and locked. Time of day does not matter, only that you are the last to leave. Please don’t assume that others will arrive after you leave.
I.D. BADGES All members must display their I.D. badge for easy viewing. Flying guests must display a guest badge after they fill out a guest registration form, available in the Operations Building in a binder on top of the file cabinet. See the SRQ Field Rules for more info. Sponsor members are responsible for their guests' actions, and for educating their guests on our rules.
TRASH CAN FULL? If you see a full trash can please take the bag out, tie it up, and take it to the dumpster near the playground in Rothenbach Park. If you can’t take it to the dumpster, leave it by the back garage door of the maintenance shed. Don’t forget to put a new bag in the can. Also, please make sure chairs and any debris are off the grass and on the cement or in a trash can under the shelters. This makes mowing and other grounds maintenance much faster and easier. This is your field, keep it clean and safe.
